Continuous professional development is important in addressing complex and evolving security challenges. The Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence emphasised the matter at the 15th Royal Brunei Armed Forces, RBAF Command and Staff Course Certificate Presentation. The ceremony took place at the Defence Academy RBAF, 26th November afternoon. Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, said the course serves as a significant contributor to regional security cooperation in Southeast Asia and beyond.

A total of 37 local and international officers completed the 15th RBAF Command and Staff Course comprising officers from the Ministry of Defence, the Royal Brunei Police Force, as well as 19 international military officers from 15 countries. The 46 week program was designed to strengthen critical thinking, joint operations, ethical leadership, and effective communication.
