Various collections of photographs highlighting the establishment of the Brunei Darussalam Maritime Museum are exhibited in conjunction with the Museum's Open Day Celebration. Organised by the Department of Museums through the Archaeology and Monuments Division, it was held at the museum in Kota Batu, 26th November morning.

The launch was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. With the theme, 'A Journey of the Brunei Darussalam Maritime Museum,' the exhibition explores the journey of the Museum as an institution that studies, preserves and exhibits the nation's maritime treasures. Held in conjunction with World Maritime Day 2025, the exhibition is open to the public for 3 months, starting on 26th November 2025.
