The Brunei Half Marathon 2025 provided a unique experience to participants as they have the opportunity to cross the entire structure of the Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Bridge connecting the Brunei Muara District and the Temburong District, which has become an icon of the country's infrastructure. Brunei Darussalam also made history when it successfully organised the world's most prestigious event, attracting more than three thousand participants locally and abroad.

The flag-off for the 21.1 kilometres event was held by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence, 29th November night. 

Prizes were presented by the Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence; Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development, and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Several participants expressed that The Brunei Half Marathon was an interesting experience.
