His Majesty also attended a meeting with His Excellency Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. The meeting was held at the Headquarters of the Government Office. During the Meeting, His Majesty noted that the Comprehensive Partnership, signed during His Excellency's Official Visit in 2023, has made substantive progress through the Plan of Action, paving the way for deeper collaborations in trade and people-to-people exchanges as well as essential collaborations in food and energy security.

His Majesty in the titah also stated that Viet Nam is a key energy partner, and expressed appreciation for the joint ventures built over the years. In addition, His Majesty highlighted Brunei Darussalam's readiness to develop cooperation in agriculture and aquaculture, and looked forward to further enhance bilateral relations in areas of strategic interest in the years ahead.
