48 participants, including students from the Ministry of Education; Ministry of Religious Affairs and Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Institute of Studies, participated in the Brunei Darussalam Civic Programme. The inaugural programme for 2025/2026 organised by the Prime Minister's Office through the Nationhood Unit, Information Department was launched on 8th December morning. The programme, among others, provides the community with understanding and the latest information on national affairs; fosters a spirit of nationhood based on the Malay Islamic Monarchy Concept; as well as the values of culture, religion, and sovereignty that form the basis of national identity.

Present was Dayang Siti Bismi Nuruliman binti Haji Awang Emzah, Acting Director of Information. Throughout the programme, participants are exposed to series of briefings and study visits to several government and private agencies as well as participating in teamwork activities.
