Over 100 individuals took part in the 1.3-kilometre parade of the Festival Inclusive: Persons with Disabilities, PWD. Held in conjunction with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, IDPWD 2025, the event took place at the Royal Wharf Energy Hub, Bandar Seri Begawan, 14th December morning.

Officiating the event was Dayang Hajah Nor Ashikin Binti Johari, Permanent Secretary for Community at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. It aims to enhance awareness, understanding, acceptance, and appreciation of the abilities and contributions of persons with disabilities, while advocating for inclusive opportunities and social inclusion. It ran concurrently with the prize presentation to the three most creative teams. Also held was the launching of the Art for All Exhibition that carries the theme 'Pulse of Bruneian Heritage'. Also present was His Excellency Doctor Tamer Mansy, High Commissioner of Canada to Brunei Darussalam.
