31 members of Brunei Darussalam's Contingent comprising the Sepak Takraw and Netball Teams; Secretariat and Medical Officers, returned home on 19th December late afternoon, after participating in the 33rd Southeast Asian Games in Thailand.

Present at the Brunei International Airport to welcome the national contingent was Pengiran Haji Mohd Hasnan bin Pengiran Haji Ali Hassan, Permanent Secretary for Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. The national Sepak Takraw team won a bronze medal in the Men's Hoop event.
