The public especially registered land owners are reminded to pay the land tax every year as mentioned in the Land Act Chapter 40. The public are required to settle any annual land tax arrears.

Payment can be made through designated counters at every district's Land Office, Monday to Thursday, from 8 until 11:15 in the morning. While on Saturday, payments can be made from 8 until 10:30 in the morning and from 1:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon. Cheque payments are only accepted in the morning. Payments can also be made online through the BIBD Mobile App. For Temporary Occupation License landholders, annual license payments can only be made at the Payment Counter at each District Land Office.
