The latest developments in policies and initiatives under the Prime Minister's Office, including progress on Wawasan Brunei 2035, manpower and employment development, security and legal affairs, public service governance, media sector, and energy sector were shared by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's office and Second Minister of Defence, and Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy during the Muzakarah or Discussion Session of the Prime Minister's Office and its departments with Members of the Legislative Council for 2026. The Muzakarah Session was held at the Prime Minister's Office Building. The sharing highlighted current achievements, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement measures aimed at ensuring the well-being of the people and the nation's prosperity in an inclusive and sustainable manner.
Meanwhile, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, outlined the current achievements through the Wawasan Brunei 2035 Aspirational Indicators.
The session aimed to strengthen the exchange of views and constructive discussions between the Government and Members of the Legislative Council. Also present was Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Paduka Dayang Hajah Nor Hashimah binti Haji Mohammed Taib, Attorney General.
