Brunei Darussalam and India will continue to promote bilateral relations by elevating the strong partnership. His Excellency Ramu Abbagani, High Commissioner of India to the country outlined the matter at the Reception in conjunction with the 77th Republic Day celebration. It was held at Tarindak D'Polo Royal Berkshire Hall, Jerudong, 27th January night.

His Excellency also stressed that direct interactions between the people are the most important part of relations between the two countries as we share similar values and culture. Representing the Government of His Majesty to the function was, Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications.
