Over 5,175 copies of the Mushaf Brunei Darussalam were distributed to 160 primary schools at the Distribution Ceremony of the Mushaf Brunei Darussalam for Year 4 pupils of Government and Private Primary Schools. It took place at the Jerudong Religious School's Hall, 28th January morning.

The handover to the school representatives was officiated by Dayang Hajah Mariana binti Haji Jamil, Acting Director of Islamic Studies, Ministry of Religious Affairs. The Mushaf donated by Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, among others, aims to ensure that every student has a copy of the Mushaf Brunei Darussalam to be utilised for learning Al-Qur'an, which starts from Year 4 of general schooling and continues until the Primary Six level of Religious school.
