The Language and Literature Bureau through the Research, Documentation and Recognition Division recently organised a Photography Competition in conjunction with the 'Malam Gemilang UBD Drone Show' and Fireworks Display at the Jerudong Park Garden. Prizes presentation to winners was held at the Brunei History Centre, 1st February morning.

Prizes, souvenirs, and appreciation certificates were presented by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Awang Mohammad Suffri bin Awang Osman placed first in Category A, while Awang Nurhazmie bin Haji Razali, won the Category B. The competition served as a platform that provides opportunities for individuals to express their views and emotions through visual and written mediums, thereby expanding artistic appreciation and creating new talents that have the potential to be promoted to a higher level.
