A total of BND86,500 was donated by Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah to 75 mosques, suraus and religious halls throughout the country to support the implementation of takmir ceremonies and activities, especially during the upcoming month of Ramadhan; and a family who fell victim to a house collapse incident. The donation presentation was held at Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex, 4th February morning.

The donation for Brunei Muara District was presented by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence as Chairman of the Yayasan Board of Directors.

For Tutong District, the donation was handed over by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism as Member of the Yayasan Board of Directors.

For Belait District and Temburong District, the donation was presented by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports as Member of the Yayasan Board of Directors and Chairman of the Yayasan Aid Review Committee, who also handed over a financial contribution of BND5,000 to the family of Awang Sahri bin Haji Braitno whose house collapsed due to a landslide in Kampung Birau.
