On 16th February afternoon, His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah, attended a Hi-tea in conjunction with His Royal Highness' 52nd Birthday Celebration organised by the Royal Brunei Police Force. The ceremony was held at the Banquet Hall, Police Headquarters Complex, Gadong.

Also in attendance were His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik; Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna binti Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Commandant of the Women Police and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz bin Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar. His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness along with the royal family were greeted by Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Sulaiman bin Alidin, Commissioner of Police and Datin and Yang Amat Mulia DCP Pengiran Anak Haji Mohammad Saifullah bin Pengiran Indera Setia Diraja Sahibul Karib Pengiran Anak Haji Idris, Deputy Commissioner of Police and spouse. Upon arrival, His Royal Highness signed the Commemorative Parchment.

His Royal Highness received a pesambah from the Royal Brunei Police Force.

His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness along with the royal family then proceeded for a Hi-tea.

Also present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy.
