His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab. Rahaman, attended a High Tea Reception held in conjunction with His Royal Highness' 52nd Birthday Celebration. Organised by the Ministry of Defence, it was held at the Officers' Mess, Bolkiah Garrison, 17th February afternoon. In attendance were His Royal Highness' brothers, His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik, and His Royal Highness 920 Lieutenant Colonel Udara Prince 'Abdul Mateen.

Upon arrival, His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness were greeted by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence and Datin, and Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Armed Forces and Datin. His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness were invited for a group photo session and subsequently introduced to RBAF personnel.

His Royal Highness was then presented with a video clip and a photobook titled ''Sejambak Ristaan Sembilan Belas".

His Royal Highness cut the birthday cake and received pesambah from the RBAF.

Doa Kesyukuran was read by Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Mujib bin Haji Japar, Acting Director of the RBAF Religious Directorate, JAMA'AT.
