His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan  Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan  and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a titah expresses the highest appreciation and thanks to the citizens and residents of Brunei Darussalam who had prayed for His Majesty's health and recovery. The supplications made, His Majesty says in the titah, became a source of great strength and the Monarch was greatly touched upon knowing that all levels of the community in the country and abroad, also prayed for His Majesty's health. His Majesty expresses such appreciation in the Special Titah in conjunction with Ramadhan 1447 Hijrah, 2026 and Special Titah of Appreciation and Thanks broadcast nationwide.

His Majesty in the titah adds that Ramadhan is a time to gather all the rewards apart from teaching the Muslim ummah about moderation.

His Majesty began the titah by expressing the highest gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala for His grace in allowing us to meet the month of Ramadhan al-Mubarak in an atmosphere of peace and prosperity, filled with blessings.
