The Brunei Darussalam Women's Council also held a Tadarus Opening Ceremony, 20th February morning. It took place at Kampung Manggis Dua.

The recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah was led by Pengiran Datin Paduka Hajah Mariam binti Pengiran Haji Matarsat, Vice President One of Brunei Darussalam Women's Council. The ceremony began with the reading of Surah Al Baqarah by the members of the Brunei Darussalam Women's Council's Governing Board and association's representatives. The ceremony included the tahlil ceremony.
