His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses on the efforts to diversify the national economy through the Economic Blueprint priorities which are being intensified. Among them is the development of a maritime ecosystem that supports transshipment activities through the provision of 'Ship-to-Ship Lay-up Designated Areas'. His Majesty emphasises, attention is also be given to the development of data centres based on artificial intelligence (AI), aspects of national food security and accelerating growth in the tourism sectors. All of these initiatives, His Majesty says, reflect the Government's determination in transforming the country's economic landscape and ensuring that every element of economic development is interconnected and supports each other to produce inclusive and sustainable growth towards achieving Wawasan Brunei 2035.

In the titah in conjunction with the 42nd Brunei Darussalam National Day Celebration broadcast nationwide, His Majesty also stresses the need for the country's education system to continue to undergo a strategic improvement process to produce young talents who not only master knowledge but also become skilled entrepreneurs. His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala as by His grace, it was possible to celebrate the 42nd Brunei Darussalam National Day with the theme Bersatu Mencapai Cita Negara' or United to Achieve the National Aspiration'.
