The Ramadhan Nightly Tadarus Ceremony at Istana Nurul Iman continued on 23rd February night. This time the event was participated by delegation from the Ministry of Defence.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. It was filled with a tazkirah or talk titled 'Hidupkan Bulan Ramadhan dengan Asmaul Husna: Ar-Razzaq iaitu Yang Maha Pemberi Rezeki". 800 officers and staff of the Ministry of Defence participated in the event. Also in attendance was Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
