The Special Munajat in conjunction with the 42nd National Day Celebration was also held simultaneously at the main mosques in the other three districts.

In the Belait District, the programme focused at at the Muhamad Jamalul Alam, Kuala Belait. Among those present were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs, and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development.

Meanwhile, the Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque in Tutong Town was the focal point of the programme in Tutong District. It was attended by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy as well as Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications.

In Temburong District, the programme took place at Utama Mohammad Salleh Mosque in Bangar Town. In attendance were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism.
