His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send messages of congratulations to his Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jabar Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait and His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait as well as members of the Royal Family, the Government and people of the State of Kuwait on the occasion of its 65th National Day.​
