Ramadhan is the month full of blessing, forgiveness and mercy. Ramadhan is an educational platform for the purification of the heart, softening of the soul and training of the self to be closer to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala. The matter was among those touched upon in the Friday Sermon titled 'Ramadhan, the Month of Blessing, Forgiveness and Mercy'.

This is signifying the vast mercy and love of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala towards His faithful servants. Meanwhile, the gates of hell are closed, indicating the great opportunity for forgiveness for those who truly wish to repent. The devils are chained, making it easier for the servants of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala to increase their good deeds without much disturbance and temptation. In addition, in this holy month there is a night that is better than a thousand months, namely Lailalatul Qadar. This grand night is a golden opportunity to attain forgiveness and multiplied rewards.
