Also held a Tadarus Ceremony in conjunction with Ramadhan was the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the Departments under it.

The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy. The ceremony was followed by the handover of infak contributions. Held at the Pengiran Muda Abdul Malik Mosque, Kampong Tungku/Katok, 28th February afternoon, the ceremony was organised by the Treasury Department, Ministry of Finance and Economy.
