The Minister at The Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy also presented the Motion for the Development Fund, namely a Budget of four hundred and eighty million Brunei Dollars for specific purposes. As of 2nd March 2026, 30 projects have been completed. Meanwhile, 78 projects are in implementation. The completed projects include projects that support the education cluster, social progress, housing, strengthening environmental sustainability, strengthening food security and developing the tourism industry. Stepping into the third year of NDP12, the progress of projects under implementation has increased, with 78 projects currently under implementation compared to 65 projects in the last financial year.​
