In an effort to instill the value of caring and love in this blessed month, Mukim Gadong 'B' Consultative Council held a Ramadhan Infaq, 1 Village 1 Family Programme and Donation Presentation Ceremony for orphans. The ceremony was held on 16th March morning at Brunei Muara District Office.

Among those presenting the donations was Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubaarak Bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, Acting Brunei Muara District Officer. 159 orphans registered under the Department of Community Development received the donations. In addition, special attention was also given to three families under the 1 Village 1 Family programme. The donations included basic goods, food, beverages and financial assistance, which aimed to ease the burden of the recipients and foster empathy and social responsibility among entrepreneurs.
