To strengthen workforce management governance, a solid approach continues to be implemented. Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs, stressed that these measures are aimed at protecting the rights and welfare of workers.
Regarding the apprenticeship schemes under the Job Centre Brunei, Prime Minister's Office, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy explained that the schemes not only increase marketability in the short term but also contribute to job stability and long-term career development of local youth.
