The Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy also summarised the government's efforts in facing future challenges.

The Minister said the government recognises that efforts to develop the country's economy require a Whole of Nation approach which involves close cooperation between the government, the private sector and sectors as a whole, as well as the people overall. Therefore, the government will continue to welcome views and cooperation from all parties to ensure that every development initiative can be implemented more effectively.
