His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to send congratulatory messages to His Excellency Dr. Thong Sisoulith, President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on his re-appointment as President and His Excellency Dr. Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, as well as the government and people of the Lao People's Democratic Republic on his re-appointment as Prime Minister.
