Twenty participants of the 'Artisan' Skills Programme for Bridal Make-up Artists and Brunei Powdering Ceremony Traditional Attire received their certificates, 9th April morning. The event took place at the Youth Development Centre, Tanah Jambu.

Through the programme, participants were given an understanding and technical skills in make-up and Brunei traditional attire. The two-day programme was organised by the Spirituality and Religious Unit and the Basic Beauty Therapy Skills Workshop, Youth Development Centre.
