The Embassy of Japan in Brunei Darussalam hosted a certificate presentation ceremony for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, JLPT 2025. It took place at the residence of the Ambassador in Kampung Sungai Tilong, 10th April afternoon.

Certificates to 73 recipients were presented by His Excellency Kikuta Yutaka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Brunei Darussalam. Among present was Dr Chin Wei Keh, Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Education. JLPT acts as a reliable means of evaluating and certifying the proficiency of non-native Japanese speakers. JLPT 2026 will be held on Sunday, 6th of December 2026. Applications will be open from August until September 2026.
