Water supply in the catchment areas at the Mengkubau Water Treatment Plant may be affected due to a problem with the control panel for several raw water pumps at the plant.

The Public Works Department, Ministry of Development is currently carrying out repair works. The affected areas are as shown.

In the meantime, residents in the affected areas can obtain water supply from the blue tanks listed. In this regard, the public is advised to conserve water and use prudently. For water tanker request, contact Talian Darussalam 123.

The Public Works Department also received complaints of water supply disruptions in several areas of the Belait District, especially Mukim Labi and its surroundings. Investigations are underway and appropriate action is being taken to assist some of the affected areas. Water supply from the blue tanks is also provided at the locations as indicated.
