Building self-confidence as a group in facing spontaneous mental challenges and physically challenging is the objective of the 2026 Youth Orienteering Competition. Organised by the Brunei Muara District Scout Association in collaboration with the Youth and Sports Department, Brunei Muara District Branch, it took place at the Youth Centre, Bandar Seri Begawan, 26th April morning.

The presentation of certificates and prizes was officiated by Awang Haji Rosfazilah bin Haji Yusly, Deputy Director of Youth and Sports. 23 groups participated in the competition which was opened to Scouts members and youth in the Brunei Muara District. The competition is also hoped to train participants in map reading skills based on questions at each check point.
