Over one hundred people have embraced Islam from January to 4th of May this year. On 11th May afternoon, the figure increased as a Filipino woman recited the Islamic Oath at a conversion ceremony held at the Islamic Da'wah Centre.

The ceremony began with the reading of Surah Al-Fatihah. This was followed by the Islamic Oath recited by 31-year old Dayang Lodee Vina Sucgang Erni, who is now known as Nur Alisha Nuha Safiyya binti Abdullah.
