The Youth Development Centre remains committed to organising the Artisan Skills series throughout the month of May, providing opportunities for the public to gain practical knowledge and new skills. The workshop held this time around was Kuih-Muih or Cake Making which reintroduces traditional Bruneian cuisine to be preserved for future generations.

 

The one-day workshop focuses on making three types of kuih, namely kuih celurut, koci and wajid. During the workshop, participants are taught how to wrap the delicacies using various types of traditional leaves to maintain the originality of the shape and aroma.
