As an exposure to the international education system, the Ministry of Education through the Department of Schools has coordinated a study visit by a delegation from Sekolah Tinggi Perempuan Raja Isteri to Serangoon Garden Secondary School, Republic of Singapore. The five-day visit until 22nd May is part of the Brunei Darussalam and Republic of Singapore School Twinning Programme.

Present at the Brunei International Airport to bid farewell was Doctor Eddy Fazlin bin Haji Amdan, Acting Director Of Schools. The delegation was represented by 12 students from Years 9 and 10 as well as three accompanying teachers. The programme aims to strengthen bilateral relations between schools through the exchange of best practices in academics, pedagogy and holistic student development.
