His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam graced the Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration. At the ceremony, His Majesty presented the sacrificial meats to special recipients. The ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman.

Upon arrival, His Majesty and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri were greeted by the Co-Advisors and Co-Chairmen as well as members of the ceremony's Executive Committee.

Also in attendance were His Majesty's sons, daughters, brother and sisters:

- His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah;

-  His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Raabi'atul 'Adawiyyah;

-  His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Anisha Rosnah;

- His Royal Highness Prince Haji Jefri Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Majeedah Nuurul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Hafizah Sururul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Amal Umi Kalthum Al-Islam, and other members of the Royal Family.

The holy verses of Al-Quran were read by Awangku Adi Nazri bin Pengiran Haji Jofri. Meanwhile, the Taddabur Al-Quran was delivered by Awang Muhammad Yussof bin Haji Abdul Majid

His Majesty then presented the sacrificial meat to 50 special recipients comprising 25 male and 25 female recipients.

Doa Selamat was read by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.
