The Prisons Department in partnership with the Temburong District Office organised a Community and Spiritual Programme, 29th May afternoon. It was held as part of the efforts to raise spiritual awareness, aside from supporting the rehabilitation and social integration of former inmates.

Present was Yang Berhormat Haji Awang Sulaiman bin Haji Nasir, Member of the Legislative Council. Also present was Awang Hassan Baha bin Haji Umar, Acting Temburong District Officer. The programme held at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Bumiputera Complex in Temburong District included distribution of 80 packs of sacrificial meats and special tazkirah or talk.
