The Weights and Measures Unit, SDT, Industry and Business Ecosystem Division, IBE, Ministry of Finance and Economy recently conducted verification and calibration of accuracy readings on three units of flow meter owned by Brunei Shell Petroleum Sendirian Berhad.

The results of the inspection at the Kuala Belait Supply Base LDT, Belait District showed that the devices were valid, accurate and registered with the SDT Unit in accordance to Weights and Measures Act 1983 Chapter 151 and comply with the Weighing and Measuring Instruments (Research) Regulations 1994.

In the meantime, companies or any party wishing to register weighing and measuring instruments may visit or contact the SDT Unit as shown.
