In conjunction with the Royal Birthday, the tournament raised its curtains last night at the Batu Bersurat Basketball Court in Gadong.

The tournament saw the participation of 10 teams in the Men's Open Category, 5 teams in the Women's Open Category and 4 teams in the Men's Under-18 Category.

Earlier, in the Women's Open Category, CJMM defeated Minimau, 94 to 18.

In the Men's Open category, Wan Sing lost to Easyway, 60-91.
