In promoting greater awareness, understanding, and action towards inclusive employment, with a focus on supporting neuro-divergent individuals in the workplace, the Bridging Employment with Able Mindset, BEAM Forum was held at a hotel in the capital, 11th June morning.

The forum discussed a variety of topics including inclusive hiring practices, employer readiness and workplace support. The sessions was designed for employers, organisations, government agencies, NGOs, community partners and stakeholders to learn more about inclusive employment and workplaces that support neuro-divergent individuals. The sessions featured several speakers, who, among others, touched on valuable perspectives on creating a more inclusive and sustainable workplace.
