Committed in fostering a workplace culture that values, supports and empowers its employees, Jerudong Park Medical Centre, JPMC celebrated International Human Resources Day by organising 'People Day 2026'.

The event, among others, acknowledged the vital role of employees in driving organisational success and delivering quality healthcare services to the community. During the event, JPMC introduced People Management Services to strengthen its employee experiences, reflecting a focused renewal that provides opportunities for employees, teams and leaders to develop themselves. In addition, JPMC also launched SEJATI, a programme designed to support new employees.
