The Reading of End of Hijrah Year and Hijrah New Year Doa was also held at all mosques, surau and religious halls nationwide.

In Tutong District, Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque, Tutong Town was the focal point of the ceremony. Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies and Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.

In Belait District, the ceremony was held at the RPN Kampung Pandan Mosque, Kuala Belait. Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Coordinating Minister for Social and Manpower Policies and Minister of Home Affairs. 

Whereas in Temburong District, the ceremony took place at Utama Mohammad Salleh Mosque, Bangar Town. Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development.
