In an effort to appreciate the spirit of hijrah and istiqamah or steadfastness in worship, the 'IbadurRahman' youth group of Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque, Tutong Town, organised the Qiyam Awal Muharram Programme 1448 Hijrah. With the theme, 'Hijrah Belia Menuju Istiqamah', it was participated by 40 youths and featured various spiritual and self-development activities.

Among the programme's activities was a tazkirah or Talk titled 'Kekal Istiqamah atau Sekadar Bermusim' delivered by Awang Mohammed Khairul Mu'az bin Haji Sibodaud, Certified Da'ie from Brunei Islamic Religious Council.  During the programme, participants were exposed to the values of steadfastness, leadership, and brotherhood, which serve as the foundation for developing a faithful and capable young generation.
