A Premier Forum of the Ilal Hijrah Celebration was also held by Royal Brunei Airlines, RB. The ceremony was held at the RB Campus.

Themed "Hijrah: Penyelamat Akidah", the forum was presented by Doctor Awang Haji Hambali bin Haji Awang Jalil, Assistant Rector of Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University and Awang Abdul Rahman bin Awang Haji Ajak, Deputy Director of the Jawi Studies and Kitab Turath Research Centre, Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College. The forum emphasised on teaching in strengthening faith and personal development. The ceremony included a doa selamat for the well-being of the RB officers who returned after performing the Haj.
