The 'Budaya Mukun Selendang Sutera Brunei Darussalam' Club in partnership with the Kampung Jerudong 'B' Consultative Council handed over donations to victims of house fires. The ceremony was held in Jerudong, 27th June afternoon.

The donations were presented by Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Mohd Salleh bin Haji Othman, Member of the Legislative Council. A victim of a house fire on the 12th of June in Lambak Kanan Housing, Awang Abd Rahman bin Haji Kadir, received donations in the form of financial aid and basic necessities, collected from the club, the Kampung Jerudong 'B' Consultative Council, Kampung Lumut DUA Consultative Council, and retired personnel of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
