Over 80 participants of the 'Hari Emas Bersama Al-Qur'an' Programme or HEBAQ were feted at the 5th Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony in Kuala Belait.

In attendance was Dayang Hajah Mariana binti Hj Jamil, Acting Director of the Islamic Studies Department. The ceremony aimed to strengthen ties aside from encouraging the participants to always read Al-Qur'an daily.
