Youth of Syababus Salam, Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque in collaboration with the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque Takmir Committee organised the Ilal Hijrah Walkathon in conjunction with the Ilal Hijrah 1448 celebration. The activity was held in the mosque compound.

Present was Awang Haji Ahmad Abdussalam bin Haji Abd Rahman, Acting Director of the Islamic Da'wah Centre. Earlier, a Tazkirah Subuh was held. Through such activities, it is hoped that it can translate the spirit of hijrah into continuous positive action, in addition to producing a generation of mosque youth who are knowledgeable, moral, visionary and steadfast in prospering the house of Allah.
