Six decades since its Foundation Laying Ceremony in 1966, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Arabic School continues to achieve proud achievements in producing knowledgeable, moral and visionary human capital, thus playing an important role in strengthening Arabic and Islamic education in Brunei Darussalam. As a sign of gratitude for the development and progress that has been achieved over the six decades of its establishment, a Diamond Jubilee Celebration was held on 29th June morning, in conjunction with the Foundation Laying Ceremony of the School.

Present was Awang Haji Shamshol bin Haji Omar, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Policies and Religious Affairs at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The event included a special video screening titled Exploring the School's History, an educational exhibition, the inauguration of the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Gallery Room, and a visit to the School's Alumni Entrepreneurship Exhibition.
