The international community should work together to tackle the global refugee issue, as the combination of conflict and climate change has put 100 million of lives at risk. Andrew Harper, UNHCR special advisor on climate action, pointed out in a recent exclusive interview with China Central Television (CCTV).

He said that many international institutions, including the UNHCR, are supporting the needs of the 100 million displaced people in the world.
