​In order to gain rewards by increasing religious deeds in the month of Ramadhan, the Ministry of Religious Affairs continued the Munajat event virtually which is called the Munajat Ramadhan. The 80th times of Munajat Night was participated by the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Tahfiz Al-Quran, the Co-Curriculum Education Department, Ministry of Education; Sultan Sharif Ali, Sengkurong Mosque Takmir Committee members, as well as congregants from 99 mosques including suraus and religious hall nationwide.

Also joining the event was Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs. The recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar was led by Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Setia Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Ibrahim, Member of the Legislative Council. The programme included the Tadabbur Al-Qur'an presented by Awang Abdul Rahman bin Haji Ajak, Assistant Lecturer of Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College.
